Student Voice Memos

Center Student Voices by having students submit a short voice memo or screencast instead of written response or discussion post.  Students responses  in their own words.   Not only does this make student thinking more visible it gives students practice time to talk about course material.  This teaching practice promotes AI resistant learning.

Instructions for how to make a short screen cast using Panopto:

1. Log in to your Panopto account.

2. Click the Create button (top left).

3. Select Panopto Capture (this opens directly in your browser).

4. Grant browser permissions for your camera and microphone.
