Clickers (Audience Response Systems) Training and Management

Clickers (audience response systems) allow students to participate in presentations or lectures by submitting real-time responses to interactive questions. The CTL department can assist faculty with incorporating clickers into your class. We can provide guidance on how to use clickers effectively to engage students and/or provide instruction on how to use the software. We will help you create a participant list, show you how to format your presentation, collect student responses, and analyze the results. The CTL manages twenty-one sets of 30-40 TurningPoint response clickers and organizes a schedule of their use each semester. If you would like to use clickers in your course, please complete the clicker request form.
